For creating our delectable Mexican Paletas, we require some special equipment:
Here is everything you need to make your paletas -
cquire stainless steel molds, which swill last much longer.
The Paletas must be stored in a deep freezer with plenty of freezer space. If you want your Paletas to set quickly, make sure your freezer is set to its coldest setting. The temperature should be 0ºF.
If you plan to sell paletas, dry ice is necessary to prevent them from melting. If you wish to transport your popsicles to events, you should find a cold-plate cart or we can help with our 8 hour frozen box.
In order to buy a durable blender, we recommend purchasing the best blender you can afford. The blender plays a crucial role in creating Paletas' flavorful fruit mixtures.
For homemade paletas, Silicone sticks are available, but wood sticks would be best if you want to sell them. Amazon https://amzn.to/3sQ7Rr5
Transporting your favorite paletas to any location is a breeze with the following steps:
1. Carefully take the frozen paletas out of the molds and dip them briefly in water to prevent them from sticking together. Afterward, wrap them either in biodegradable wrappers or place them in a container with a secure lid.
2. Arrange your paletas inside a sealable storage container.
3. To keep them frozen, transfer the paletas to a dry-ice cooler. Be cautious not to touch the dry ice directly, and if you need to move the dry ice, use a towel or a paper bag for safety.
